Booking a photography session is easy! All bookings must be made through our website. Visit our website to access the booking site, view available sessions, select your preferred date and time, and submit your booking request.

Once your booking is submitted please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response and approval. The next step is to complete the client questionnaire and review and sign the contract. This allows us to learn more about your vision, needs, and expectations and prepare for your session.

Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.

The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Portrait sessions typically range from 30 minutes to 1 or 2 hours, while events and weddings can span several hours. We strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.

We understand the excitement of receiving your final images. Our standard turnaround time is 2 business weeks (Monday–Friday) from your session or event date.

If your session takes place on a weekend, the turnaround period begins the following Monday. We do not process or deliver galleries on weekends, except for expedited orders.

We prioritize quality and attention to detail to ensure your final gallery exceeds expectations.

We offer expedited delivery options (business days only, with weekend exception for expedited orders only):

• Express Delivery – $140: Guaranteed delivery within 1–5 business days
• Next-Day Turnaround – $250: Delivery within 1 business day

Expedited services may be delivered on weekends; all standard orders are delivered Monday–Friday only.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

RAW, unedited photos are not included with your session. If you would like the RAW files, there is a $500 RAW file release fee.

The $500 fee gives you the RAW files but does not transfer copyright or ownership. The Photographer retains all rights to the photographs.

If you or someone else edits the RAW files, @tifphotographylkld must only be credited as the Photographer, not as the editor.

You may not sell, license, or use the photos for merchandise, books, magazines, advertisements, or other commercial purposes without the Photographer’s written permission. Commercial use may require an additional licensing fee.

If you would like to own the copyright and full rights to the photographs, this must be arranged separately through a written Copyright Transfer Agreement. The price and terms will be agreed upon separately.

Receiving the RAW files does not mean you own the copyright. Copyright ownership must be transferred in writing.

All studio sessions must be kept as scheduled. The Photographer does not own or control the studio, and studio fees are non-refundable once booked.

If a studio session must be rescheduled:

• Previously paid studio-related fees may be forfeited
• A new payment will be required to secure the rescheduled session
• Availability may vary if rescheduled
• Not all studios have a reschedule option

Clients are strongly advised to confirm their availability when submitting an inquiry and ensure the requested date works for them, as once booked, rescheduling may not be an option.

Can I push my session time back?

Requests to move your session to a later time on the same day may be accommodated at the Photographer’s discretion and are subject to availability. A $30 time-change fee will apply to approved requests.

What happens if I arrive late?

Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided; however, this does not extend the scheduled session end time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Can I extend my session if I arrive late?

An extension may be accommodated at the Photographer’s discretion and will incur an additional $100 fee.

What if I need to reschedule my session?

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $70 rescheduling fee, and availability is not guaranteed.

What happens if I cancel my session?

Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled session will incur a $75 cancellation fee if proper notice is not provided at least 24 hours before the session.

What happens if I miss my session or don’t show up?

Missed sessions and no-call/no-shows will be treated as a cancellation. An invoice for $75 will be emailed to the Client and must be paid within 24 hours of the missed session.

If communication is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, the Client may be eligible to reschedule according to the rescheduling policy.

Full payment is due the morning of the photo session or event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No photos, galleries, or digital files will be delivered until payment has been received in full.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure any photography session. Sessions will not be reserved, and dates/times are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

The deposit will be applied toward the total session balance. Failure to pay the deposit may result in cancellation of the requested session without notice.

Payments not received by the photo session date will incur a late fee of $40 per day for each day the balance remains unpaid. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of services and/or legal action to recover the balance, including applicable fees and costs.

Yes, clients must credit @tifphotographylkld whenever photographs are posted or published, including on social media, blogs, websites, magazines, books, or other publications.

For social media, the Photographer must be tagged @tifphotographylkld. For printed or online publications, credit should read “Photography by Tiffany Jones with @tifphotographylkld”.

Failure to provide the required credit may result in the Photographer requesting correction or removal of the images and, when appropriate, pursuing available legal remedies.
